the Friends of the
Costa Mesa Libraries

The Friends is the primary support group for the three branches of the Orange County Public Library system located in Costa Mesa, California.  We provide funding for childrens, teen and adult programs as well as books, equipment and infrastructure not included in the Library budget.  Funding includes earnings from our bookstores, member dues and donations.
