Looking to buy or donate collectible/rare books?

The Friends of the Costa Mesa Libraries used book stores encourage you to buy and donate books that may have a collectible value.  All donations are 100% tax deductible.  Our collectibles pricing system ensures that The Friends of the Costa Mesa Libraries obtains maximum value for these donations and that collectors can easily find titles they are seeking.  

Our collectible books are showcased at the Mesa Verde Bookstore, which is located behind the Mesa Verde Library at the intersection of Baker Street and Mesa Verde Drive East. Our policy is simple "cash and carry" - come to the store, pay for the item and take it home.  We accept cash and checks only. The store hours are 1:00 to 4:00pm Tuesday through Sunday.  We are closed Mondays and holidays.

If you live at a distance, we suggest you call during business hours to see if the item is still available. The store phone is 714-438-0517.  Interested collectors may reserve up to three items by phone. These reservations will be held through Sunday, but will lapse on Monday.
